Learning resources that support real workplace practice

This resource centre collects the templates, guides, planners, and workbooks used across our programmes. Items are designed to be reusable: a meeting follow-up format, a simple project plan, a weekly review checklist, and writing prompts that make communication more consistent.

Service area: Canada. All materials are educational and informational. Welkoop Verolme Holding B.V. does not provide consulting, financial services, legal services, accounting, recruitment, employment placement, or regulated professional services.

What is inside this page

  • A curated library grouped by the skill it supports (writing, planning, leadership routines).
  • Clear usage notes so each resource can be applied responsibly in different roles and industries.
  • A registration form for learners who want a suggested pack aligned to a programme.

Some resources reference common artefacts such as an action log, a RACI chart, or a risk register. They are presented as learning tools, not as professional advice for regulated contexts.

Resource library

The library is organised by the work output each resource supports. In our programmes, learners use these items to produce tangible artefacts: clearer emails, more reliable meeting notes, a simple project plan, or a weekly review routine. Each item is written to be adapted without requiring new software. Where a concept has multiple names across organisations, we include an alternative label so it is easier to map to local terminology.

Workplace communication templates

Formats for meeting follow-ups, decision notes, status updates, and professional writing. The emphasis is on clarity: subject lines that age well, action items with owners and due dates, and short paragraphs that reduce misreading.

Email structure Action log format Presentation outline

Business guides

Short guides on documentation standards, file naming, and routine administrative workflows. Includes a simple “definition of done” checklist for recurring tasks.

Leadership workbooks

Exercises for delegation, feedback notes, and meeting cadence planning. Focuses on observable behaviours and practical scripts, not motivational slogans.

Project planning templates

A practical set of artefacts commonly used in lightweight delivery: a scope note, milestone list, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and a one-page status update. The goal is to capture the minimum information that prevents surprises and missed handoffs.

Productivity planners

Weekly review checklist, task capture sheet, and prioritisation prompts. Designed for consistent habits and “closed loops” on commitments.

How to use resources responsibly

Templates are scaffolding, not a guarantee of outcomes. If your role involves regulated requirements, internal policy, or contractual obligations, treat these materials as learning references and adapt them accordingly. Many organisations use different naming conventions for the same thing (for example, “action log” vs. “task tracker”). In our materials, the structure matters more than the label: owner, due date, and a clear definition of the next step.

How learners apply these materials

The intent is methodical practice. A good resource should reduce decision fatigue and make it easier to repeat a routine: capture tasks the same way, write follow-ups in a consistent structure, and keep project notes discoverable. Below is a simple flow that mirrors how resources are used inside our courses and workshops, including a security note for registration.

Pick one output

Choose what you want to produce this week: clearer meeting notes, a simple project plan, or a weekly review routine.

Use the template as a prompt

Fill the fields exactly once. Avoid adding sections until you can keep the basic version consistent for a full week.

Review and simplify

In a short weekly review, remove anything that did not help. Keep the artefact small enough to survive busy periods.

Register securely if you want support

Want resources aligned to a specific course or workshop?
